Wii Wheel is a controller for the Wii. It's a Wii Remote inserted into a wheel shape. It was first released bundled with Mario Kart Wii, the first game compatible with it. Other racing games can use a Wii Wheel. During gameplay with the Wii Wheel you must steer it as if you were driving. The Wii Wheel is only used to steer. The Wii Remote is used to press buttons such as accelerate, use items, drift, etc. On the back of the Wii Wheel is the Wii logo.
