Wii Fit is a upcoming video game for Wii. Codenamed Wii Health Pack, it was announced as Wii Fit at Nintendo's E3 press conference on July 11, 2007. Like the rest of the Wii Series, Wii Fit will integrate Miis into its presentation and gameplay. The game is designed to function with the Wii Balance Board peripheral.

Gameplay

The exersises are divided into 4 areas

  • Yoga exercises
  • Strength Exersises
    • Press ups
  • Aerobic
    • Step aerobics, including a game in which the player must step on and off the Wii Balance Board in rhythm to the background music
    • Hula Hooping
  • Balance Games
    • Hitting on-coming soccer balls by leaning forward
    • A ball-rolling where you have to get a number of balls into holes
    • Ski jumping, wherebiy the player squats as low as possible, whilst maintaining their balance, and then quickly stands as fast as possible in order to jump
    • Ski slalom
    • Snow Board Slalom
    • Penguin game where you have to balance your mii (Dressed as a penguin) to catch fish
